Disappointing six of go to Hubs for pizza and beer which was good. The bad thing was the restrooms were worse than a public port a john, when we asked if they could clean them all we got was back handed remarks and side way looks the bartender said better clean them so you all stop complaining , if they were clean like they should have been she wouldn't have been asked, we are all betting that she never washed her hands after her so called cleaning and spraying air freshener. She makes a comment its just a bathroom. The owner should take more pride in his business than to have a bartender like her run his restaurant. We have all been there before and never had any problems with service ...might have to think twice before going again if the same bartender stays working there.

M.A. Sanders I also find this a waste of time. Yes we tuned up your rider at the time we drove your rider onto the trailer to be delivered it ran fine which was no indication that your needed a battery. As far as cleaning your rider it was cleaned but not power washed due to the fact that water is not good for the unit. When it arrived at your home and didn't start the lady you refer  to called and spoke with the owner at which time he told her to bring your unit back which she did.(And in some cases weather is a factor with these units thirty weight motor oil gets thicker in colder weather, because of the colder temps causing harder crank over also) A new battery was installed and returned to the SAME DAY with in less than one hour, not the next day as you have stated . Batteries do good bad and we were happy to bring your rider right back. Sometimes a new battery will go bad that is why we stand behind them for the season and have no problem with exchanging them if needed. Some cases people leave the key on and that can also make a battery become uncharged the next time they go to use their equipment. We do our best to make our customers happy but some people are never happy no matter how hard we try... this must be your case. So please feel free to take your business else where and pay more money . You forgot to state how nice your rider ran and cut your lawn....just those little details people leave out.

Mr. Saleh You were told of the amount of your bill and had no problem with it don't understand your complaint. Your pulley was repaired your deck was repaired as well. When you brought the unit in you didn't ask for a tune up you wanted to keep the cost cheep!! You picked up your rider and didn't pay $8.78 " your cousin that's is" in our country we must pay the bill in full  we don't pay whatever we feel like or they call that steeling. You are not welcome to come back or your cousins to our place of business ever. With people such as yourself rude pushy and just down right evil we don't want your kind!!! Sincerely A-1 Small Engine Repair.
