Repeatedly didn't call me back when ordering a part to repair my laptop. I had to call them again again for updates and they said the couldn't get the part. Wasted over 10 days waiting. Should have just gone to Microcenter or Frys.

Supposed to open at 8am but rarely do. Not very organized and more expensive than Sam's or Tom Thumb.

I'm a coach and looked at signing up a team of 1st and 2nd graders for fall soccer 2013 with RSA. This organization is very bureaucratic. They had so many rules for getting the kids registered. We were going to be transferring a team from the YMCA. They required two years of proof that kids had been playing together since some attended different schools in Richardson.. When I sent them a copy of our YMCA roster they still contacted the YMCA to verify. I am glad to say they YMCA didn't provide them roster information. Did the RSA really not believe me? This is just kids playing soccer here. RSA likes to control what kids are put onto which team. They have a committee that randomly makes those decisions. It's usually based on what school the kids attend. As a coach and father I think kids should be able to play on whatever team they want. Soccer is supposed to be fun and learning at this age not dictated by a bunch of silly rules and committees.

Great holiday decorations. Very poor service. Never enough people on checkouts. Takes forever to leave store. Bad management.

Purchased a used 2007 Infiniti G35 at Crest Infiniti. They car has been incredible. The only thing better than the car has been the service which has been A+. I have needed to bring my car in for maintenance on several occasions and each time the service team has been extremely professional. On one occasion they helped my receive a credit from Infiniti on a warranty that had expired. Service consultant Scott Groseclose went to bat for me and got this approved saving me thousands. They have a great team at Crest Infiniti. I will be a long time customer.

Poor food especially bad desert options. Huge game room but most games 10years are older and they r overpriced. Adults must buy a buffet even if not eating.
