Bring your instrument! Instrumentalists ages 10 to adult with 2 years of
private instruction are invited to join us for an afternoon event, including:

Chamber Music performances by BMS faculty and students

A fun group-playing exercise . . . instant chamber music!

The chance to meet and mingle with other instrumentalists looking to form groups this fall

Please RSVP to Chamber Music Coordinator Egle Jarkova: ejarkova@bmsmusic.org.

New students interested in ensemble placement for the fall semester should sign up with Egle Jarkova in advance for a short placement audition starting at 4:00pm, following the open house.

Chamber music, or the art of small ensemble playing, is among the most exciting ways to explore music with fellow instrumentalists, and is a great way to improve individual musicianship. Chamber music groups rehearse repertoire of the classical tradition from the early baroque to contemporary periods.
