If you blog/microblog regularly, where do you do it? What are the pros/cons of some of the existing platforms out there?

I've been away from blogging and working out loud for far too long. As I'm doing new, and interesting work, I'd like to reverse this trend. The landscape has changed considerably since I was actively blogging on my own site. Publishing on Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, personal website... not sure what the pros and cons of each are now. Thoughts/opinions?

"Who are we, if not measured by our impact on others?  That’s who we are!  We’re not who we say we are, we’re not who we want to be — we are the sum of the influence and impact that we have, in our lives, on others." - Neil deGrasse Tyson
