In the New York-New York Hotel, a splashy, vibrant spot delivering Mexican fare & drink options.- Google
"Yummy Carne asada tacos and beans!"
"I'm from San Diego where Mexican food rules."

Pretty good place for a quick relatively inexpensive bite. The layout of NYNY means that the "patio" of GyG will be a bit smokey. The seared lettuce and steak salad was pretty good. The outreach margarita was outstanding. Good flavour and not too sweet. Some of the other dishes are a bit too heavy on the sour cream.

I'm from Arizona, so I naturally eat and know lots of Mexican food; so I was impressed to find good Mexican food at this place. I loved the roasted salsa--absolutely fantastic. And the coffee was great, too--and I do LOTS of coffee. Just the salsa made me excited for the food.l; be careful of the spicy one. I thought I knew spicy, but this one got me! I got the burrito and taco combo, ground beef, and the meat was well seasoned, the rice deliciously moist, and the beans were very good, too. My boyfriend had definitely done better carne asada--his specialty. Nevertheless, I will definitely be back. And our waiter was so attentive!

Great vege tacos. Only four stars because you have to pay for chips.

I was craving some menudo after a night of drinking in Vegas, but couldn't find a place that sold some anywhere on the Vegas strip. I came across "Gonzalez y Gonzalez" as I walked through New York-New York and although they didn't have any menudo, they did have pozole and it was delicious. I enjoyed their pozole, as well as their chips and salsa, and enjoyed the atmosphere here. The music and vibe was great, good selection of drinks, and it even turns into a salsa dancing club at night (not sure if that's every night or not).

Charged our room $100 for food we never ordered, General manager yelled at my wife and stated she didn't have time to deal with this issue. Between Gonzalez Gonzalez and new York new York hotel they could not seem to resolve issues, beware of charges too room and stay clear of Gonzalez Gonzalez general manager, she has a very bad temper and unpredictable
