The Six Best "Secret Menu" Meals and Drinks Ever

http://flip.it/cowxe
Ordering from a chain's secret menu—the unspoken, unposted offerings you have to hear about to order—is like shoving off on an uncharted voyage. Will the cashier turn you down? Stare at you, looking confused? Kick you out of line and ban you from ever returning? Or will she give you a knowing nod—and the exhilarating satisfaction of knowing more than the person standing behind you?

Kinesin is a protein that moves things around the cell. That filament is a protein strand that gives the cell structure. That vesicle is a big blob full of cellular product that the cell wants to transport somewhere else. It is driven by ATP hydrolysis.

yeah, the flag, at most, might just be symbol, and this motion is very well be about completely different issue, like the Civil War was.  The timing is coincidental and/or convenient.
I don't know all the details, but apparently there are a many policy changes and pacts being signed or have been signed over the last few days.
I barely caught wind of it through NPR can't imagine the more subjective news (entertainment) outlets have talked about anything but this flag.

Oh right, same sex marriage has been legalized. I will not belittle that ruling; I'm just annoyed that it had to go that far.  We still have to force people to be okay with other folk's private lives. So taking down this flag is going to change the minds of white-supremacist...?

Baby steps...?

Yeah, that can be said about many cultural practices, too. These types of practices often inspire good scientific studies... Revealing a new (better) understanding of how things work.

I'm a fan! Progressive performances that combine the world of Street dancing with Ballet. It's evident that this company employs masters from each of the two dance worlds, and they put great time and effort utilizing natural bridges between the two worlds. The results are inspiring pieces well-worth the modest price of entry. As for their classes, I've only attended their Popping class taught by Mike "Big Mike" Fields. I haven't heard or been to a Popping class like his ever. The combination of exercises, lecture, drills, and cypher effectively instructs students on developing their own dance styles within the realm of Poppin.

SUGAR Cane, indeed. My plate of Curry Mango Chicken was sweet! Diabetics stay clear, but those with a "sweet-tooth" check this place out. While I'm trying to cut back on sugar, I splurged in that department, and enjoyed it! The music took me back to the 90's House party classics and Dance hall classics. My co-workers and I enjoyed this Friday evening dinner, so I recommend it for a good time. Oh and price-wise, It's not inexpensive or exuberant; @$15 for a full-stomach if you have a big stomach. Small stomachs will have enough for lunch the next day.

Perfect when you need to fast food that is better than typical "fast-food chains" and want to be full. Yes, it is fried food. Philly-cheese steaks usually are, but you can opt for chicken and long list of other options like onions and cheese type. Their $11 combo + drink will fill you assuming you can finish the whole thing. BONUS: Not many places in NYC serve Waffle-fries. They do! ENJOY!

OUt in what seems like the middle of nowhere, Brooklyn Beast is an acrobats dream. With a foam pit, spring floor, bars conveniently hanging from the ceiling, you can complete your daily-extreme workout here. Did I mention they have a hardwood studio floor with mirrors? I've only been here once, and I'm sure I'm missing more useful features in this urban jungle. I recommend you go and discover what I missed!
