A group of Morrie's employees stopped by Salvation Army North in Roseville, MN to drop off a donation of over 4,800 backpacks and $25,000 for school supplies. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped make the third Morrie's Backpack Roundup a resounding success!

Im always apprehensive when it comes to dealing with any purchase especially when it comes to a major one like a $50,000 Titan that I bought at Morrie's in Brooklyn Park but I have to tell you I've never felt more confident that I made the right choice going to Morrie's Nissan

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They left things in the car when I received it, did not give me a copy of my warranty agreement, and did not give me information for the car wash procedure as part of their "buy happy" deal. When I returned two days later to get my first car wash, I was informed I didn't have the proper set up to get the car washed, but thankfully, did get good customer service when a technician drove through the wash and explained the procedure. However, the antennae broke off in the wash and they were not willing to cover the cost of putting it back on, even through I was not the one driving the car and it was 2 days after my purchase. I had to call and email for weeks after to get any responses. I have been trying to get a refund on my "Buy Happy" and have been calling and emailing for two months with absolutely no follow-up. I have been completely ignored. I will never go to Morrie's ever again. I have heard so many similarly terrible experiences that I wish I would have heard before I purchased my car. Save yourself the trouble and absent customer service and go somewhere that will actually respond and care.

Customer service from Jeremy and Joel was outstanding. I felt like they cared about me, my vehicle, and would help with professionalism and compassion. Phone conversations were never cut short. If I had questions, they were answered to my emotional satisfaction, not just technically. Outstanding.

Overall, the company is okay. I am happy with my vehicle and the Buy Happy program. I was a little disappointed in the service department. The guys behind the counter are pretty good and communicate well for the most part. The service to my vehicle is the reason I cannot give more than 3 stars. First, I went in for an oil change, had an appointment set, and somehow they had forgotten about my car even though is was sitting in the service department and I had check in with them. It took over 3 hours to be completed. Once again, the guys who handle customers were very kind and helped me out when I asked what was taking so long. The second thing that I had to go in for was with my gas tank and check engine light. I had an issue, they thought they had the problem handled, ordered a part, and then installed it. I received a call that they were done fixing it and to come pick it up. I checked to see if I could take gas and the problem was still there. I am not upset that it wasnt fixed right away, I was upset that whoever installed the piece did not check to see if everything was in working order before he declared my car complete. Sales is great, Customer service is good, and the service was okay at best.

I purchased a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda Minnetonka. I purchased the car "as is" which can be risky because there is no protection if something goes wrong with the car after you drive it off the lot. After reviewing and inspecting the car I went ahead with the purchase.The process was easy and the sales person was excellent.But sure enough after about 10 days coolant began to leak. I called the used car manager and explained what occurred. He asked me to bring the car in and they would inspect the car to see what was wrong and not charge me for the inspection. Turned out the radiator needed to be replaced at a cost of 655.00. After some negotiation they agreed to split the cost with me. I thought this was very fair and went ahead and had the car repaired at the dealership. The fact is they could have told me to go pound sand because I purchased the car "as is" and they had no obligation to do anything to the car. Bottom line here is I felt the dealership treated me fair and I would have no problem doing business with them again.

I will rate my salesman Patrick Johnson EXCELLENT! He is a wonderful person who I know can work with any and everyone. He can answer any question, no matter how dumb! Ask me I am a witness. The staff is very friendly, even when, I thought I got on some nerves. Customer is First! can really be seen at this location. I will continue to see you guys! Jen Parsons can make you feel good even when, she is giving you those digits! Thumbs up to you too!! Thanks for all you do for customers like us!! A special shout Out to Shawn at Lincoln! You are AWESOME!!

Overall the experience was great! I dropped off my car and was able to pick it up the next morning. the only down side was the car had not been washed. when I dropped it off, the tech stamped WASH on the invoice, but that never happened. I think it would be better if you made it standard practice to run the car through the wash after you're done with it.

Prompt, quality service. They go out of their way to ensure that they have addressed any and all concerns with your vehicle. The shuttle service that is provided when you are getting work done is outstanding! I'm very pleased with everything and everyone at Morrie's in Brooklyn Park!
