Absolutely delicious cuisine. Great place, high ceiling and big windows on a lovely little place near les halles. Price is less than 50€ for a 3 course meal and 65€ for a 6 course degustation. It is completely worth it!

Coup de coeur ! Amenez quelques-uns de vos potes les plus gourmets, ils en oublieront le quartier cheapouille. Restau gastro aux prix abordables, surtout le midi (18€ le menu). Tout est délicieux, et original. Foncez sans réfléchir. La déco n'est pas en reste, salle boisée, verrière, et des dizaines de bonnes bouteilles sur les étagères. Petit conseil : ne pas chanter Pirouette Cacahuète au patron, sous peine de se faire gentiment sermonner.

After experience in the kitchens of Le Meurice and Daniel Bouloud in NYC, Chef Tommy Gousset has opened a trendy new culinary hotspot in the heart of busy Les Halles. Scandinavian-style furnishings and an excellent wine list lure you in but the perfectly seasoned vegetables and meat cooked to perfection as well as the light and elegant fish dishes will leave your taste buds doing pirouettes in your mouth!

Fabulous. Service is really awesome, the food is delicious. You have to book a table to go there, as it's always full even at lunch, where regular customers come in. Choice of wine, even for a glass, is great. Definitely recommended.

At Pirouette, voluminous and radiant wooden dining room with Scandinavian furniture, where you’ll find daily, around noon, a nice little number for less than €20: terrine of oxtail, celery puree, roasted pine nuts + yellow pollack and roasted parsnips, sprinkled with chickweed. At night, Tomy Gousset works the 40 euros program with shaved duck, marinated turnip and pickled oranges as an appetizer, grouse suprême with its thighs cooked as tempura, with a whiskey sauce that has light chocolate notes for the main course, and rice pudding with salted caramel for dessert. The cellar, put together by Jean-Marie Frechet, will not be outdone: Saint-Chinian Casusses du Bousquet du Mas Champart and a Chinon Clos Coquimbert. Ate lunch Aug 2014. Really good food, well seasoned and balanced. Had the lunch set menu followed by rice pudding. Very well balanced flavours and excellently seasoned. Lunch menu was very affordable and service was exceptionally warm.

Great restaurant. Attentive waiter that described everything/ food superb and reasonable price.
