So after my post about +Dollar Shave Club
sucking, I thought I'd make one about +SennheiserUSA
I bought a pair of hd555s ages ago and used them diligently. So diligently in fact, that the foam padding started to unravel. I setup a warranty exchange (they even covered shipping) and 2 weeks later a pair of hd558s have shown up at my doorstep.
This is the replacement for the hd555s. I bought the 555s for 100 bucks forever ago and they replaced them with a $170 dollar pair of cans.
I'd like to see Beats by Dre do something similar... lol.
Now that's customer service.
