Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stopped at TnT's today while out for a neighborhood walk with my infant son and elderly mother. The tattooed young lady that was at the counter immediately retracted when we entered. When we finally got her attention my poor mother asked for a menu. She ignored her completely and turned away continuing to work on inventory. I was completely confused. I asked for some help and then she out right refused to acknowledge us. It was a very sad experience. This is truly humanity at its worst. If you look at Yelp this same barista has been complained about dozens of times yet she still works there. Time for a change in staff but too bad that won't happen because this rude barista is the OWNER! STAY AWAY! Something isn't right with the owner.

I came in before 7am, and the place we empty (always a bad sign). Only one person there and he was busy working in the back. He was nice and I ordered the Thai bagel. He brought it out and it looked pretty enough. Then I bit into it. The Thai bagel was tomato, cucumber and sprouts on an egg and cheese bagel. The cucumbers were soggy and the sprouts were destroyed by the microwave. Not to mention the bagel was ruined. The sauce on the sandwich was spice-less and tasted only of peanut butter. Honestly when will shop owners get it? This is why Starbucks is on every corner. You can make a store look nice but if you cut ever corner the product will suck, and people won't come to you business anymore. Throw your microwave away!!!! If we the public wanted microwave food we would all buy Jimmy Dean!

My Maid of Honor and I came here for breakfast during a weekend of wedding dress shopping. I absolutely adored the inside. It is a bit small but it wasn't busy while we were there. We each got a different waffle and we were both VERY happy. Absolutely delicious! Staff was very friendly, will definitely go again!

I absolutely love this place! I have tried numerous menu items and haven't come across one I didn't like. The food is freshly made to order too. The staff has always been really helpful, nice, and always personable. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

What a gem! TNT's is my favorite brunch spot. The Belgian waffles are amazing, the local bacon is ridiculously good, and the eggs are consistently cooked perfectly. They also happen make the best chai tea latte in town. In addition to the food being consistently great, there is never much of a wait (a rarity for Madison brunch spots) and the service is wonderful. I recommend the waffle breakfast with bacon for breakfast, but the lunch specials are always great as well. The BLT with potato salad is my go-to. I only wish they were open on Sundays!

I really enjoy their food, but they aren't reliable with hours or service. They say open until 6, but they've closed before 5:45 the past 3 times I've been there..

The owners are real whiners, NOT willing to be creative(though the website disagrees). Bad customer service. Decent menu items though.
