I am apartment manager for an apartment community in Madison and had originally contacted another bakery to buy gift cards for my tenants as a holiday gift. After several attempts, no one ever got back to me so I called TNT Bakery and their customer service was fabulous! They were able to put together the amount of cards I needed right away and were extremely helpful when I went to pick them up. I ended up purchasing some eggnog coffee and truffles to try on the way home and they were delicious. Their staff was extremely nice and I would definitely recommend TNT Bakery to everyone.

Best place for waffles in town! They have large variety of waffles from ones loaded with peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas to lighter options with just fruit and a little powdered sugar

Went in due to the advertising on JJO. Was expecting a larger space. Coffee was good, but I wouldn't eat the breakfast again. Too small of portions for the price.

Definitely great for coffee and the like. Surprisingly good real food (in addition to usual coffee store items) for breakfast and lunch. Comfortable environment, friendly staff, a number of creative drinks.

Great espresso, friendly cashier's. Good breakfast sandwich. Not a lot of seating. My go to before work.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stopped at TnT's today while out for a neighborhood walk with my infant son and elderly mother. The tattooed young lady that was at the counter immediately retracted when we entered. When we finally got her attention my poor mother asked for a menu. She ignored her completely and turned away continuing to work on inventory. I was completely confused. I asked for some help and then she out right refused to acknowledge us. It was a very sad experience. This is truly humanity at its worst. If you look at Yelp this same barista has been complained about dozens of times yet she still works there. Time for a change in staff but too bad that won't happen because this rude barista is the OWNER! STAY AWAY! Something isn't right with the owner.
