The professionalism of the staff has been refined to an art, the place is very welcoming and has a great vibe complimenting the rich flavor induced espresso. One of the best places to visit in Seattle.

I would have loved to rate this place higher, the atmosphere is nice and from what the customers who were in front of me in line said, the espresso was excellent. So why am I rating it only 1 star? I came into the establishment shortly before 11pm. There was a group of 4 people in front of me and I patiently waited my turn. When it was my turn, I placed my order for 3 mochas to go (I was meeting other people w/ coffee after a local rock show) and the barista pointed to the clock and said "Sorry, we're closed". At no time when I walked in, or as I waited in line did he announce this and I said, "Are you serious?" to which he replied, "Yes, it would take to long to make them". He then offered to make iced mocha's or an apple cider. I understand wanting to go home and trying to close your shop, but what about customer service? Here I am ready to drop at least $15 bucks on drinks + a tip and he has no problem turning away my business. I had never been to the place before but was pleased to find it since I frequently have time to kill waiting for shows at El Corazon to end. After experiencing a total lack of customer service, I will not go back.

Their wireless router is weak. Please get a new router. This is especially disappointing since they have faster Internet than most coffee shops and their beverages are good.

Couldn't possibly ask for anything more from a cafe. Fantastic drinks, good breakfast pastry and donut selections, and very friendly, artful staff. Lived the raspberry donut and the white velvet. I have no idea what was in it buy it was delectable.

What can I say... Using best beans I know of (at least in Seattle), it's probably not surprising that their espresso macchiato is pretty much perfect. The place itself is nice, good ambiance, baked goods look inviting. What's not to like?

The most perfect Macchiato and espresso drinks made with care... This place is awesome and you will truly enjoy the espresso... It will be hard to find places that compare. The espresso shots here are pulled with precision making the espresso very smooth and quite remarkable. There are only a few places like this in the country so if you are thinking about it, you need to experience it. It will last you forever.
