Hey guys,

For a long time I have been searching for a replacement for onenote, since: A, I don't trust them and B, I want to own my own data.

I'm not sure if such a thing is existance of what I am about to describe:
- sync via WebDAV or similar
- I have an instance of Seafile running for file synching.

What I need is a service or SaaS, that allows me to access my combined, accumulated knowledge that I have gathered over the years. I need to access that data from my android phone, my PC and a Mac. The ability to make some kind of basic rich text editing would be a nice plus.

I have tried the likes of Paperwork, but have found it too cumbersome in regards to updating it. Ideally, an alternative to .MD files would be preferable. For that I need an editor on android.

I hope this makes sense.

"This update performs diagnostics on the Windows systems that participate in the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program. The diagnostics evaluate compatibility on the Windows ecosystem and help Microsoft to ensure application and device compatibility for all updates to Windows. There is no GWX or upgrade functionality contained in this update."

Does anyone have the slightest idea what that means? I have never read such gibberish.

I'm actually slightly vomiting... Clearly a copy of an iOS interface for some odd reason.

And I was the native one for backing open-source over proprietary closed source...

On the 18th of may, Google announced #Allo, to be released "soon". May went by, June got bored, July was art a party, august was sleeping. Interesting that Google works with a definition of soon as being a quarter of a year and beyond. With a team they have, that is just staggering. It's an app... It's not rocket science.

The hype came and went. Allo will be hangouts 2.0. the messenger that never was.

As I've mentioned before... But +Microsoft Corporationkeeps talking vague and avoiding the questions.

Your reputation takes hits daily. Your is as vague add the rest. What do you collect, what for, and can I have a copy of what data you have on me? Doubtful... Shoddy business at best.
