Okay hands up, who's on a mission to get fitter in 2012?!! (Me too!). What apps, systems, support, coaching, and/or habits have you set up? Would you use this Fitocracy social fitness game?
I got the new Commit iPhone app (very simple, tracks sequential days, resets to zero if you skip a day!). Plus, the Habit Factor app (more comprehensive). But, more than anything, getting back in the zone with my own personal trainer is what helps me get the results I want. She comes to my house 3x a week and pushes me hard. I stay motivated to workout on the days she's not with me. It's all about accountability. That is, unless you're one of those uber lucky people in the world who absolutely loves to work out, is supremely self-motivated, and cannot imagine skipping exercise for any reason! (Could I get one of your genes, please? haha)
