a girl you already know too much about.
I contacted Zach a year ago. In fact I contacted many dealerships. One dealership even made me feel horrible calling me 'stupid' for not recognizing a 'good deal'. Zach has been consistant, kind and so helpful. It made it an enjoyable human interaction in an era of online transactions. When I met him in person he was as kind and courteous and it was a no brainer to buy a car from him. Art was also very helpful in terms of sound financial advice. Truly a pleasant experince. This is my dealership for life.

Run for your lives! I never write reviews but I did this time to save you all some heartache. I took my car in for a regular lube this past winter. They had a new guy top off the coolant fluid. Long story short we drove and heard a lot of bubbling sounds and then the car started breaking down. The dealership mechanics said our engine got over heated and burnt out because of this. He said the guy put too many air bubbles in which caused it to bubble over leaving out engine vulnerable. I called to talk to the manager and they were not helpful at all. If that is not scary enough for you it cost me $1000 to fix the problem. The way I figure you may as well go somewhere they won't cost you an arm and a leg because of insufficiant training.
