Berberine vies with Melatonin as my favorite geroprotector. Another study indicates that it may be cardioprotective. As always, a small percentage of persons may experience adverse effects, so be sure to consult your physician.

I was reminded, today, of this excellent article by anthropologist Jon Bialecki. It uses Mormon Transhumanism to show how futurism can re-shape our understanding of history. Few non-Mormons understand Mormon Transhumanism better than Jon.

‪Pathetic. My usual voting location is closed. The alternatives have 2 or 3 hour waits to vote in either 4 booths or 10 booths, for a substantial portion of a city with a population of 100K. I hope this was only incompetence. ‬
