According to various studies, keeping your room cool (say, around 60 to 67 degrees F) will make for an ideal sleep environment. Also, evaluate the decibel levels in your sleep area. If noise levels are sleep-disrupting for you, consider using earplugs or “white noise” devices. Another thing you should consider is the amount of light coming into the room; curtains and eye shades will do the trick.
