Absolutely the worst company - I have ever dealt with. 1. We applied to become a resident, they could not give an approval for my application because my co-applicant had a freeze on their credit reports. We paid the $70 in credit check fees - fine. 2. They illegally withdrew money from our bank account without authorization - nor did we sign anything like a cover sheet. $150 for the holding deposit - but they couldn't even get an approval for our application?? WHY?! Called our bank - they found that it was unauthorized and they charged it back. 3. 2 months later, we get a credit alert saying that a company called FCO (their collections agency) checked our credit. We called and they stated that we owe Enclave $330 - $150 for the holding deposit that our bank charged back plus other fees. 4. I emailed their executive company, filed a BBB Report at the offices in Colorado, sent certified mail to both Enclave and the collection agency and filed a Attorney General complaint. Demanding to supply proof that I authorized Enclave to withdraw my bank account. 5. Their regional manager Carole called, wanted a recap of the what happened - and still stated she is not able to help. WTF did you call for?! What is funny how, she stated that Enclave tried many times via mail and email to collect the debt before the sending it off to the collection agency (which they didn't) - and after being served by certified mail, Enclave magically found my email to communicate with me. 6. Several emails have been sent back in fourth with Candice MacDonald, the person who got into this mess in the beginning - and would not take ownership of what she did. This company is a joke, and how they handled my situation. Candice kept blowing me off - and did not give a damn. She would just redirect me to FCO and would not take ownership. I honestly hope she gets fired for doing something illegal like this - Even though I got the situation fixed on my own after threaten legal action. Save yourself! I could only image how messed up they treat their residents.

I currently reside at the Enclave. and the last 6 months have been wonderful! If you are looking for a place, thats in close proximity to everything, and well kept, then this is the place for you. After moving from Utah I was hesitant but the staff have made me feel so comfortable, they are all VERY Professional, and I would not trade this place for the world!!

I like the location, and the look of the apartments. Until we moved in. The entry way ledge has a corner that the previous patch fell off of. The tub was black when we moved in. And with in three days half the lights burnt out. The copboards were poorly assembled and the door fell off one and 2 covers popped off the drawers. After repairing all that ourselves it all happened again. Only this time the cupboard in the bathroon, and another kitchen drawer. The dryer was squeaky from the get go, when we reported it they fixed it. 2 days later was louder than ever. Heard the dryer on 3rd floor while I was in garage. The lights in kitchen burnt out within 3 months of replacing every time. Let them know I was going to be out of town and would be 1 day late on the rent. They stated "ok", and when I woke up to go to the bank there is a notice on my door saying I owe rent plus a high ass late fee. Think with all the ND it was a additional 175, if I didn't pay the full amount, plus fees in 5 days I was going to be evicted. If my neighbor on either side ran the dishwasher, we heard it, if they flushed a toilet, we heard it, when they sneezed, we heard it. The walls are paper thin and sound proofed as good as wax paper. The "hard wood floors", we're laminate. The medicine cabinet wasn't installed properly, so when you open the door it swings open at the full mirror, if you don't catch it. And you still don't equal to what was paid monthly. I like the area, not the price and not the polished turd of a townhouse. We got a noise complaint about our dog when we and the dog were out of town. And of course the threat that we would be evicted. The only good part of this experience is that it's over.

I lived here for a full year and I am very disappointed that they would charge me so much on move out. Around $700 bucks. I had a 1 bedroom apartment with a garage. I dealt with a broken door most of the time I was at this property because the maintenance staff is just useless. I did most of the repairs to the apartment myself because when you called the maintenance staff the fix was worse then the actual problem. Just FYI if you move in know that they will charge you for paint, carpet cleaning (even if carpet is clean) garage door remote (even if you turn it in), etc. They will nickle and dime you on move out. Excessive and unjust. I have never experienced this at any other apartment or place that I have rented. I feel very upset that I use to call this place home and now that I moved into a home I have a nice move in welcome from Enclave to pay $700 bucks within 30 days or they will sue me. Nice threat from their office huh? Payed rent on time every month and sometimes early and I get threatened to be sued. I will pay them but buyer beware!
