We're running Buzzient Enterprise (www.buzzient.com) and have enjoyed and benefitted from running some Sentiment and Brand Voice Share dashboards. What industry are you in? Fancy seeing what your own company has in terms of voice share, just for education purposes? Tell us the name of your company, and of several of your competitors. We'll run some data for a few days and see what comes up. ( Note - assuming you and your competitors are visible on social media and websites)

How do you reach your customers and prospects? Are you fans of email marketing like www.mailchimp.com or do you work in traditional ways (phone, flyers for example), or have you embraced the new media (or have your customers?)? I would be very interested to know what industries the members are in, and what tools they find work best. Would be interesting to compare communication preferences by industry / region. Most of my contact is still by email, the favored medium by a long shot despite the emergence of social media channels. Anyone else?
