Algol, the "Demon Star" in Perseus, takes ~10 hrs to dip from 2.1 to 3.4 magnitude every 2.86 days due to it's eclipsing variable status. It occurs favorably for North America this evening, at 11:30PM EDT / 8:30PM PDT.
