+Motorola Mobility​ here is a transcript of a conversation with your customer service... It sucks btw

 Christopher: Hi, my name is Christopher. How may I help you?
 tim: Hi, I was wondering why my ship date got moved so far back 
 tim: Order number, name, email, phone number 
 Christopher: I know that your order is important, no worries, I'm more than happy to assist you because here in Motorola we value our customers concern.
 Christopher: Thank you for holding, my apologies for the delay.
 Christopher: Upon checking here the order will be ship on 10/06/2015
 Christopher: Then estimated delivery date will be on 10/12.
 Christopher: There will be a possibility to ship and deliver it early than the estimated delivery time.
 Christopher: We will coordinate with FedEx for the expedite shipment once the tracking number is already available.
 tim: It was originally supposed to be delivered on Oct 1st... Also I wanted to check on my $25 refund for my RMA. I had to spend $25 to get the same configuration as the turd one I sent back. 
 Christopher: Is it already a replacement Moto X?
 tim: Yeah, the first one was a turd... It lagged really bad and the SD card kept thinking it was being removed. 
 Christopher: For the $25 refund once the old phone will receive the refund will reflect within the next 7-10 business days on your bank account.
 tim: It froze at least twice a day and I hard to hard reset it. 
 tim: I got an email that the other was received. 
 Christopher: Good.
 Christopher: And for that please wait for about 7-10 business for the refund.
 tim: Alright. I'm just a little irritated with Motorola right now. I've had ever moto x  and moto G and the moto nexus and it seems like the Lenovo acquisition killed the QC. My wifes moto x runs great, but the build quality leaves something to be desired. Not enough to send it back, but noticeable. 
 Christopher: You are so much welcome, I hope that you are happy with my help today. Do you have any other concern that you want me to assist you with today?
 tim: Well alrighty then... That's a proper response... My faith in Motorola is going down... 
 Christopher: By the way it has been a wonderful experience assisting you over the chat, let me also inform you that I will be sending you an email survey to rate the level of service that I've provided during our conversation. We will appreciate your response on this email survey.

This is so good... Almost passed it up but I'm glad I didn't.

Pretty good, a little sweet for my tastes... But the hops hit hard in the front and the abv shines through with a little burn on the way down.
