Step 2: Post-Diwali Detox
Ingredients:
Lettuce, peach, cinnamon, red wine, lemon, tomatoes, goat cheese, salt & pepper, extra virgin olive oil and of course, 500ml of Areonar
Method:
Wash the lettuce and place it in cold water to keep it fresh and crish. Cut the peaches into half and place it in red wine, along with cinnamon. Add a dash of water to dilute it and simmer till the fruit is poached and soft.
Put the peach, lettuce and diced tomatoes in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon to taste, add some goat cheese and season according to taste.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and you've got a great salad to start your post-Diwali Detox!
