Terrible rude customer service provided upon a simple question. I don't know if they are fraudelent or not, but no company with such rude customer service is ever getting any of my money.

The worst customer service I've experienced. Ordered a high end product with two day shipping. On day number 4 called Vapor Seller to ask about my shipment. They never sent a tracking number or even a order confirmation even though my card was charged. When I called they said that they had magically ran out of that product the day I ordered it and that they were contacting the manufacturer to order more and that they would send a order confirmation the day that they ship it. About 2 days later, a week after initial order was placed, I received a order confirmation with a tracking number that doesn't work. It's been about 12 days now and I still don't have my shipment! Do not bother with this company. Oh and their company number doesn't work. I found the actual number on a review site with other disgruntled customers.

I have tried and tried to contact this company. I ordered and paid for an item and they sent the wrong one. I did manage to "chat" with an agent a couple of weeks ago, who said they would send me a return, postage paid label to send the item back. I'm still waiting. I want what I paid for! No one answers the phone during business hours. No one comes online for live chat. They don't respond to emails. I did leave an irate message on their answering machine for them to call me but they haven't returned my call.

Made a purchase on Friday for $66, hit submit. Next screen said card declined. Called captiol one and I was charged. Called customer service and no answer. Working on getting refund from cc , then will fill complaint with better business Bureau

was very upset at first, but whoever called me from this company gave me my tracking and explained the issue, I appreciate the call. but you guys need to explain your issue publicly so people aren't angry like I was. If my order comes in like the say, I will be a happy customer

SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM! They will steal your information! I purchased a vape pen from them and never received it and their contact information doesn't work. DO NOT BUY

Having the same experience as everyone else on here. Made a purchase and can't get a hold of anyone there to give me a tracking number for my shipment. The person that manages their FB site said they would forward my info on to their customer service dept. Doubt that even exists....
