Calendula Oil:
This is infused oil, which means that Calendula flowers have been infused or “steeped” in pure virgin cold pressed olive oil. Calendula is a popular skin healing herb and known for its gentleness, making it a carefree choice for sensitive skin. Calendula’s healing qualities are beneficial for slow healing wounds, burns, eczema, inflammations on the skin, bruises, strains, skin ulcers, and external bleeding. Calendula also has proven anti-fungal properties.

The body requires the following vital vitamins for nails; otherwise it could lead to brittle nails:

Vitamin A deficiency: No half-moons or ridged nails, brittle, peeling or splitting nails
Vitamin B-12 deficiency: Nails curve down past your fingertips, flat nails, dark, spoon shaped nails
Vitamin C deficiency: Fraying, pitted, split nails, frequent occurrence of hang nails
Vitamin D deficiency: Brittle, peeling or cracking nails
Lack of zinc, iron, protein, and calcium could also result in weak and brittle nails.

I ordered a chime from Zada at Natural Gifts Holistic Center, and am highly pleased not only with the product, but with Zada's attention to customer service. USPS took a very long time delivering the item (over a week, for an in-town delivery!), and Zada stayed in communication with me until the item arrived. I believe she even ordered a back up item, in case the original one was lost in shipping! I am very pleased with my experience, and will definitely work with her in the future!

Zada is very knowledgeable in her field and works with the client to give the best massage. She is very attentive to areas of concern. Her deep tissue massage is wonderful! I have been a client of Zada's for over a year now and will continue due to amazing health benefits I have seen since going to her! I highly recommend her.

The work that Jonathan has done on my neck and shoulders has been truly transformative as the muscle knots melt away. Highly recommend for chronic pain and tension! I've also had a couple of very lovely relaxing massages by Janet and Zada. These people know what they're doing. I

I've been going to Zada for a couple of years now and I always leave feeling wonderful. The massage itself is perfect, but Zada's upbeat personality never fails to put me in a better mood. I would highly recommend Zada to anyone experiencing stress or any sort of muscle pain. I think she's a compassionate person and truly wants to help her clients feel better.

Zada was super nice, but her massage was subpar. She talked a lot during the massage, which is fine, but there were several points in the massage where she was so concentrated on her conversation, she completely lost focus on the massage. And when she lost focus, she would pause and her hands would lay idle on my back, either with very little pressure or none whatsoever. After my 90 minute massage, I walked out thinking, 'meh.' I'm sure if she was 100% concentrating on the massage instead of talking, I would have had a much better result.
