Only "Artisanal" product made in the US that stands up to the name. "Artisan" ... made in small batches ... Unlike the so-called "Artisan" breakfast bread. Courtesy "The Daily Show" Jon Stewart.

My favorite story is the raid on the dotcom mansion, where they had to cut into the safe room where the guy retreated (with a gun). Schmits does not cut a sympathetic figure, sounds like a jerk and is not very good at hiding money. I suspect the whole thing is a show of force and a nuisance arrest, as prosecution against him is going to be tough. In particular, they are going to have a hard time going after his money, unless he was stupid enough to be involved in actual downloads. And any criminal sentence to anyone involved will be fairly light, by most standards. Oddly enough, NZ and Australia have tougher anti-piracy laws than the US--they got SOPA-like laws before anyone else, as US was twisting arms to make it look like there was an international consensus on the methods of fighting piracy and counterfeiting. If they prosecute him there, US can't touch him, but if they extradite him here, they won't have the tools to take him down fully. So it's going to be a tough call. Of far greater concern is the ability to cross international borders for something that is not a crime where the act is committed. If the services are in Hong Kong, how are they going to prosecute him for someone in the US trying to use the service? There are tools for cross-border and off-shore prosecution, but they are fairly limited, especially without international cooperation. Good luck nailing the guy if Hong Kong and China say no.
