Staff was very friendly and rooms nice. Great location across the street from the beach and really close to downtown/State Street. The pool is also great with awesome view of beach as well as insulated if it gets windy. We booked over 20 rooms for our wedding across the street. So we kind of expected some kind of mention of our wedding or acknowledgement in the room but wasn't anything. Not upset, just surprised.

stayed in an ocean view room. room was neat and clean. very comfy beds. only thing was hotel had vallet parking and they charged 30 dollars per night to park in garage below hotel which any one can do. the free street parking was anyways full. other than that hotel room view was very beautiful.

The rooms are great. Beds are made with down, so comfortable. front desk was very friendly. Parking is expensive down there, but we had no problem finding free parking on the street. Being able to walk to the zoo and beach is a plus.

Worst experience ever at a Hyatt. Reasons are listed below. Room: ~Shower water smelled like sea salt ~Bathroom kind of smelled ~Can hear through walls Elevator: ~Feels kind of unstable ~Spiders Parking: ~$27 for one night; that's way to expensive! ~Limited street parking Staff: ~Tries to sell a bigger room ~Pushes it to far The only thing I enjoyed there was watching TV.

Gorgeous views of the ocean, nice and comfy bed from posterpedic, bathroom could be cleaner (had hair stuck to walls) and parking is pain, unless you pay 28 $ to valet park your car. Street is noisy rooms have good sound proofing.
