Solid place with lots of TV's. Food is good but not great. Standard Chicago sports bar.

Crossing is my jam. It's got a great patio area, with nice couches, seats, heaters, and a bar, and is consistently voted as one of Chicago's best patios (they advertise themselves as having one of the best secret patios, but they do so with a huge poster on the side of the building, which is fun and silly). They also have a great interior, with multiple bars, and a very friendly waitstaff. I came here for their Wednesday trivia and had a blast. It was very easy to hear the trivia host, had some great questions (difficult enough to make it hard, but not so difficult that it wasn't fun), and a good atmosphere. I did not have a chance to try the food, however the beer selection good. They had the usual Chicago specialties (Green Line, Daisy Cutter, a few Revolution beers), which always does the trick. Overall, I'd highly recommend checking it out. Don't be fooled by the outside either, as it looks like an old German Sausage spot. It's really cool and modern inside.

The Crossing is owned by Four Corners (Benchmark, Kirkwoods, Trellis) and is a great neighborhood sports bar. It's a Kansas bar, so you can expect it to be packed on Saturdays in March. They also have a huge beer garden which opens in the summer. Wednesday night they offer trivia with a $250 prize, and the bar is HUGE so they can accommodate a ton of teams. The Nachos are excellent and a large order can feed 4 people, easily.

Good place to watch a game or many games. The screens behind the bar is a wall of tvs. Really good food and outside seating.

The fact that the Crossing is a KU bar is reason enough for me to love it but the food keeps bringing me back! The fish tacos are and tortilla soup are some of my favorite in the city. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Great food specials during the week, and a perfect outdoor patio in the summertime.

the crossing - where the customer is wrong. i had a problem with the drink i was poured... and from the waitress, to the bartender, to the manager... it was my problem, not their's. i thought the first rule of the service industry is "the customer always comes first"... not at crossroads.

There is a TV anywhere you sit including a HUGE screen in the back room above the bar. They have good drink specials during KU games and yummy bar food (common with Four Corners bars). There is an outdoor section with a bar too. Rock chalk!!
