My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Pointe ! We could not have been more graciously welcomed and treated during our stay !! A beautiful location with wonderful folks, who helped us in every way. The room was lovely and the dining extraordinary......would highly recommend. We'll be back !!! BG Anderson & Mark Evans

Very disappointed. Bought a $500 gift certificate for my daughter and daughter-in-law. They have stayed there before and love it. A week before their weekend reservation my wife suffered a serious accident resulting in the need for them to cancel and reschedule weekend get away. Regardless of their ability to resell the room they made it very clear there is no exception to their No Refund policy. Given the demand for reservations for the weekend in question … this meant that the $360 kept was pure profit for them. That speaks volume as to what is more important to them when it comes down to profits vs. customer appreciation. I will never purchase another gift certificate from them again nor would I ever stay there.

Made a reservation on the phone and when we arrived it was a surprise that they didn't allow children at the hotel. They were very defensive and made no mention of it on the phone. They allow dogs but no kids. Maybe they should post that somewhere.

Fantastic experience at Crowne Pointe. Stayed in room 201 which is the dog-friendly room and could not be happier with service and accommodations. Fiance utilized the spa services and had a massage and reported the service was excellent. Just steps from downtown Ptown and included breakfast, spa access (steam room, mineral soak, sauna, etc) and restaurant were first class.
