The moment I called Alex I knew i was in great hands. His stellar response time, patience, professionalism & great attitude made me feel right at home. He helped me through the entire process step by step & really got me a fair deal. All I had to do was show up & pick up the keys!!! Simply the best experience I ever had & I'm a B.D.C. I told Alex Barnabe I only had 30 minutes and needed a car ASAP. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. He did not jerk me around. There were no hidden fees. He was a delight to work with. The experience was so positive, after my sister heard about it, she went and got the same deal through Alex. We picked up our cars together. The dealership has a great coffee maker too.

I must say I felt like family at the DCH Paramus Honda dealership, I was welcomed and treated very well from coffee and other beverages to the outstanding customer service I was provided with. I'd like to recommend Kadir Karagoz for anyone looking for a wonderful car shopping experience. He was kind and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. What a horrible experience. First off, what dealership does not have a loaner program, when you drop off your car there for a service department? Even when you dropped 22,500 on the car from them initially. Strike 1. Strike 2. Never having calls answered. I was prepared to drop 800 dollars on new tires, but opted to go to a local place on Route 17, because my phone calls were never returned. Strike 3. When I went to the local place, I was informed that I did not need new tires just yet. I can easily go another 6 months 7500 - 10,000 miles on my current tires. If you know what is good for you, do not go to this service department. They will leave you with a horrid taste in your mouth, and each of them need to go to a form of training on how to interact with the customer.

As a first time buyer I was very nervous. Upon arriving at DCH Honda my husband and I were greeted with great Customer Service. Our sales representative name was Dennis Estrada. Dennis was very friendly, and detail oriented. He ensured that we were comfortable and understood every aspect of the sale. He provided a lot of information and guaranteed us that we would be happy with whatever decision we would make. Guess what we sure enough were. We want to say Thank you to Dennis for assisting us with our need and being a great sales rep. I would definitely go again when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

I walked into Paramus Honda and met Anwar Mansour. I was welcomed and treated the best by him. He is the best sales person that I have talked to!! He made everything happen and explained everything to details. He is very easygoing and an easy person to communicate and understand. He made my experience very easy and smooth. I recommend going to him for cars. You won't regret it!!! He is the best!! I would definitely go back to him for my next vehicle.

Was a good service department but in the past year has been very disappointing. Customer Service sucks, service advisors don't listen to you, they are quite rude and unprofessional. There are so many new service advisors and they truly know nothing. Today I brought my vehicle in to repair a tire. After an hour my advisor tells me nothing is wrong with ANY of the tires as the pressure is perfect. I told him that I stated the front right tire was deflating every week. It has a slow leak. He asked me again "what tire"? What the hell have they been doing with my car for the past hour????? And how did a tech miss that something was wrong with my tire. Who are they hiring these days???? Need to find a new service department because my trust for DCH is going down FAST!

I went to DCH Paramus on July 22 to buy a used Honda Accord. The service experience was decent, albeit slow (took about three hours from the moment we decided on a car until paperwork was done). I am happy with the car, at least for now (three weeks later). With that said, issues began as soon as I left the dealership. 1) During my discussion with the financing manager we discussed a HondaCare package. The dealership offered it for approximately $1,400. The manager claimed that I must get the package at the time of buying the car. I later find out that this is not the case -- I could have purchased a cheaper HondaCare package from another dealership. 2) I only received one car key. The salesperson who sold me the car claimed that he has another key, he just "can't find it right now". I later found out that there is no other key. The dealership offered to produce one for me, but that requires going to the dealership again during their 9-5pm business hours (so half a day off and half an hour in traffic each way). 3) The biggest issue began about 10 days after purchasing the car, as I was waiting for registration and paltes. The salesperson kept texting me asking for more documents, claiming that my driver's license is expired (it is not). Over a period of five days, I supplied the dealership with every possible document: passport, social security card, utility bill, pay stub, W-2, you name it. Despite these documents, on the afternoon of August 6 (Thursday) the dealership informed me that they are unwilling to complete my registration process, and that I will have to do it myself. When I tried to talk to a manager, he was impatient, refused to provide any information on why they wouldn't continue with the registration, and generally tried to wave me off by repeatedly saying that he doesn't know anything. Unfortunately, my temporary plates expired on August 10 (Monday), which meant that 1) I had to drive to the dealership on the evening of Thursday 6 to get the title, 2) I had to go to the DMV on Friday 7 to get the registration done. Throughout out interaction DCH Paramus has been slow and unprofessional. Evidently, they do not care about repeat customers -- they just want you to buy a car, leave, and hopefully never come back.
