A traditional Provencal fish stew, originating from Marseille

2nd Course

Seared Lakes Entrance Duckfish Nicoise - Nullamunjie Olive Oil Sauce Vierge

Salad of Beans, Grilled Potato, Heritage Tomato, Anchovy, Olives and Forge Creek Free Range Egg

3rd Course

Lakes Entrance Pink Ling ‘En Croute’ - Confit Blue Sky Organic Garlic Hollondaise - Fennel & Dill Salad - Pommes Anna

Locally caught Pink Ling with Sautéed Spinach, Watercress & Lemon, wrapped in Puff Pastry

4th Course

Lemon & Bay Leaf Creme Brûlée - Shortbread

Local East Gippsland beer and wine, and various delights available at Chemin des Ivrognes bar prices.
