My car buying experience was quick and easy here, I knew that I wanted a car, I understood that my salesman, Trask, wanted to do what was best for me, at the same time knowing amd respecting that his time was valuable, we reached an agreement in no time at all! Had an issue with my battery and came here to have it checked out. Was told I needed new a new battery, brake fluid, air filter and that my oil drain plug was cracked and leaking. It was going to cost over $400 with about $200 being labor. I didn't get anything done there. I went to Costco for a battery at half the cost. Did my own air filter for half the cost Found out my oil drain plug was not cracked and they were just charging me $100... Would not recommend these guys. Untrustworthy.

I walked into Ron Tonkin Mazda, ready for a (verbal) fight. I was really angry with a service/parts-related situation where I felt I was wronged. Being the cynic that I am, I figured I'd get the "run around" by a series of salesmen and "yes men" who would pass me on from person to person, never solving my problem (I've had that kind of situation with other dealerships in the past). I have to admit, the exact opposite was the case. As soon as the dealership was made aware of my grievance, I was quickly taken directly to Adam Johnson, who is the highest-ranking staff member at the dealership. Admittedly, I was surprised that I'd have the opportunity to speak to the highest-ranking staff member. Adam patiently listened to my *very angry* grievance. I thought he did a great job of understanding my perspective and my point of view. Not only was Adam patient and understanding, he immediately put a plan in action to resolve my issue. I was put in contact with Parts Manager Ron Miller, who has worked hard to take care of my issue. Mistakes in business happen; that's inevitable. As a small business owner, I know first-hand that mistakes are always going to happen. I measure a company NOT by their mistakes, but how they respond to mistakes. And I have to say that Adam Johnson, Ron Miller, and Ron Tonkin Mazda handled this situation perfectly. Adam's efforts prove to me that this is an A+ service company, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. They've earned a customer for life.

Having purchased numerous vehicles over my lifetime, as I'm about to turn 73, rarely have I had such a stress and anxiety free experience as I have today. Shout out to Michael Kasper for making buying and trading in my car a relatively quick, painless and easy process! Mr. Kasper went above and beyond and Mr. Davey made that last encounter entertaining and overall, felt great about the car bought, fair price and highly recommend Ron Tonkin Mazda!! I've bought and sold 25 cars in my lifetime and this was far and away my best experience. Michael Kasper is your go to guy for sales. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Probably should call him directly because the sales staff uses a rotating system for new customers. I was in and out of there within 3 hours after arriving including the financing. Again, best car buying experience ever. I will be back next time I need an auto.

Mike Kasper was a great salesperson! I bought a Ford Fiesta, it has low miles, lots of extras, and I got a great price on the car. The experience was easy and no pressure. I love the car and will be buying my next car at Tonkin with Mike. Thank you so much!! Update: the Fiesta starting showing signs of a Lemon, and Mike Kasper saves the day again, and exchanged the car for a Mazda3 that I like even more than the Ford. I am very grateful that they have been very fair to do business with.

Complete waste of 1.5 hours. When we went to finalize the paperwork, it was getting late and I had to go so I asked if we could just wrap up the paperwork the next day. He threatened to sell the vehicle if someone wanted it next day so I said I had 15 minutes. We went quickly through the paperwork and signed about 8 documents... then the last document he tried to quickly get me to sign and I noticed the payment and down payment were both higher than discussed. He said no worries and reworked the numbers. The payment was still much higher than discussed. So I just left feeling taken advantage of and like it was a complete waste of time.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Ron Tonkin Mazda. From the service and parts department, to the sales and finance staff, I've always been treated with the utmost professionalism. My first experiences were with their service department; scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, the wait times were reasonable, and the work was done right. I recently dealt with their sales and finance departments when I traded in my 2015 Mazda3 for a 2016 CX-5. Sales Consultant Michael Kasper took great care of me, and I got exactly the deal I wanted. We found my car on their website inventory and came in for a text drive around 6:30pm. We were driving out of there in my new car by 8:30. Michael Kasper was very friendly. He was informed about the car's features and was not pushy. He was extremely courteous while we waited for the car to be detailed and the loan paperwork to be completed. He did not need to attend to us while we waited but he was very kind to still do so. Loan negotiations were standard. Nothing overly aggressive or unbearable. You have to expect negotiations when buying a car and these people were straight-forward, honest, and kind.
