Basic Information
Yesterday was my first experience at Massage Envy in Pensacola. It was $49 for your first, introductory massage. Although it wasn't the best massage I've had, it wasn't the worst either. I prefer to go to a salon or spa with their own private masseuse where the atmosphere is a little more relaxed and personal. As for the masseuse, Helen, she personalized the massage and pressure to my liking, but her style was more "quick" than I'm used to. I felt as though she was almost rushing because she used fast motions and techniques. I may visit again and try a different masseuse but more than likely, I'll visit a different spa to avoid paying the high non-member cost.

Don't shop here if you're looking for good customer service. My boyfriend and I came in for a box spring and the gentlemen told us to wait for a few minutes. Never came into the back and after asking for assistance, he told us to carry it ourselves to the front of the store. Granted the box spring was only $100 cash out the door, could have used some work on customer service and appearance of warehouse!

Took 5 pieces to get cleaned for $25. After looking up prices in Pensacola, I see why it's the cheapest around. One of my tops came out just as dirty as it did when I took it in. The woman at the desk said because of the material of the blouse, she could not remove the stains, but still had to charge me. I was in complete shock at the fact I was still being charged after they did not dry "clean" the blouse and the fact customer service was horrible. Also, the two pants I took in, were cleaned but not pressed! Will not be going there again!
