Jason is a talented attorney. He helped me with my copyrighting and the process was very smooth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for help protecting their intellectual property.

I would give her no stars if I could! Christine Stone is a nasty horrible person. She tried overcharging me a great deal and then said I was harassing her office when I tried to discuss the additional incorrect charges. If you want a crook of a lawyer than this is the place for you.

My experience with this firm has been terrible. I spoke with Jason in late August 2015 about handling a possible trademark infringement case against a company that was using my trademarked company name. It was pretty simple...send a cease & desist letter and wait to see if they respond. Jason emailed the proposed C & D letter to me for approval, and after some minor changes, I approved it to be sent on 9/16/15. That went according to plan, but when I inquired about whether or not they sent a response by the deadline that we stated in the letter, I was told that they did not. I decided to have a more threatening letter sent before filing a lawsuit, and I waited for a draft to be sent to me for my approval. He never sent me a copy of the 2nd letter, nor do I know if it was ever sent because he hasn't responded to my repeated phone calls or emails over the last 90 days. He charged $1,500.00 to send one letter & then stopped communicating with me altogether after a few brief phone conversations that were initiated by me.
