So this whole unlocking thing in the US seems quite ridiculous to me. Apparently you're not allowed to unlock a phone that you will pay for at least twice over the course of a two or three year term. Quite frankly that sounds unconstitutional to me. That's like Samsung telling me what kind of software I'm allowed to install on my Ativ Smart pc. This new law is quite ridiculous, what happened to the notion of not passing laws which cannot be enforced?
