The absolute worst experience I've ever had at an "inn" or "suite". First off there is no parking other than the 6 spots that are taken by 4 o'clock. As for the wifi, good luck getting that to work. Room spelt like dirty feet. Bed had stains on the pillow case and sheets. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom looks like a mop closet, smells like one too. Oh and did I mention this was the second "upgraded"room they have me, because the first had the door kicked in before my wife and our two children arrived. I poked my head in that one noticing it looked the same as my second room before some homeless person decided to break in. I asked for a refund and they refused. Unfortunately I booked 3 nights online before ever seeing it and when I demanded a refund for the following 2 nights again they refused. This place needs to be condemned and the owners thrown in jail. I reiterate, worst hotel/motel/inn experience of my life. Save your money and sleep on the sidewalk, it'd be more safe and sanitary.

By far one of the worst hotels I have stayed at!!! Rude people who work there. There so called continental breakfast was stale muffins and juice and coffee. So not worth the money spent. smallest room ever. Shower didn't work. I can go on and on!

Great place, stayed 3 nights. Great value, very clean comfortable bed. Would have stayed a 4th but they were booked.i saw complaints about the location and the homless. Its a great location, and its san francisco... there are homless everywhere, get over it.

Doing this to warn people not to use the valet service. It used to be Toca Park but they smashed up so many vehicles they had to change to Rockstar (or was this just a name change to hide their bad reviews?). They are parking your car in the Tenderloin district one of the worst in SF. Do a google search for either of these parking services for multiple pictures of damaged cars and the nightmare the owners had with them. The hotel was ok and the hotel employees nice, but I can't give stars while they use this valet. I've used their valet company twice and they are uncooperative, rude, and I've caught them lying to me. Park your car at a GOOD garage and take a taxi to the hotel. If you are the hotel owner dump this valet and I'll change my rating.

Not a great neighborhood. Loud bar on Saturday night. I could hear it on the top floor, mostly voices. Shower hadn't been cleaned, hair was in the drain. Comfortable bed with a variety of pillows, clean, nice view for such a bad neighborhood. Really nice people that run the hotel. Restaurant Triptych below on Folsom street is fantastic. Great breakfast, dinner and drinks.

This is an good place to stay if your not to picky. If you can get through the squeaky floor, and not very comfortable beds its a good place to stay... but pleace don't do the same mistake I did ...leave your car at the valet parking because if you don't you can get your car broken into if left on the street ... a lot of homeless but then again its san francisco
