I have had two appointments with this company. By far they have the WORST service from a medical establishment. First appointment I had in 2013 was over 2 hours long, put into several different waiting rooms during the process. The ladies in the scheduling area were quick to schedule surgery for me although I told them that I would not be able to pay for any of it out of pocket and would need my current insurance to cover it. Due to the economy I lost my job, the process to send it into that insurance company was an excruciatingly long process and had to cancel my surgery date. Second appointment ((obviously a gluten for punishment)) was close to 5 hours long, again put into various different waiting rooms during different stages of testing. No one at any given time was hospitable, or in any way accommodating that the patient had taken time off of work to do this. Just putzed along taking forever to get the next phase done. Again the lady in the surgery scheduling was particularly aggressive to get the surgery scheduled and get that fee schedule in front of me. This is the same schedule that is nondescript and yet tells you that you are indeed going to have to pay for the whole procedure out of pocket. I again told them there was NO WAY that I would be able to pay for the whole bill out of pocket and would be using my flex spending account. The lady Bonnie started telling me about the HSA will not cover cosmetic surgery, which was not my whole bill, and HSA and FSA are two different accounts billed differently. My end goal was to pay for the surgery or see how much out of pocket it was going to be after the insurance kicked in. No matter how I asked the question the billing department was ill informed, did not know how much the surgery was going to be, what was being covered by insurance if anything, and getting to the end result of how to pay for it was like pulling teeth with no sedation. But this is the same billing department that tried to charge me twice for my 2013 appointment. Obviously this was a complete waste of my time. IF you schedule an 10 appointment be ready to sit there to at least 3. Customer service is not a priority with this company and patient billing is ill informed on what is being billed, but are strong arm to collect it.
