Data collected while going undercover shows that the SEO industry by-and-large know what they're talking about and ARE practicing white-hat tactics! Woot!

Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Social Mention, Boardreader and Twitalyzer are among my favorites. Surprised they didn't list Tweetdeck.

Having a large network isn't everything unless you have quality people as key players in them.

The hook of my trunk on my '08 Nissan Altima Coupe became loose and the trunk wouldn't close. I went to Zembower's and they wanted to keep my car, drop me off at work, pick me up, and charge me $100 for the repair. I don't know anything about cars, but I know it was just a simple fix as the screw came off and all they had to do was screw it back in so keeping my car for the day seemed unreasonable. I told them I didn't have time and they wanted to make an appointment for the weekend. So they asked me for my address and when I didn't want to give it to them, they said it was required by law. I said "for an appointment?!?!" That threw me off...I was baffled. I left...they seemed super shady and I felt the guy there was going to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and I came in by myself. I went down the street to Pep Boys (my dad always goes to them) and Jose Diaz took a look at it, screwed the thing back on for me and it took him 5 minutes. I gave him the biggest hug (twice actually because I was so grateful and ecstatic) and thanked him so much since he kept me from paying $100, plus an inconvenience for something that was easily fixed by one of their tools. I was in and out of there and I did this all during lunch...oh and I interrupted him while he was enjoying his delicious donut but he was still super friendly and very helpful. Jose was my savior today!!! Thank you guys!!!

My car was at another body shop and I went after work to go pick it up at closing time. I got my car, paid, and drove away. Then I noticed one of my headlights wasn't on. Of course, the body shop was already closed so I went to the nearest car place (which happened to be this Tire Kingdom) to ask if all I needed was to change the lightbulb and if I could do it myself or should I bring it back to the shop. Robert, the store manager, was on his way out when he saw my distress. It was getting dark and I had to drive home with only one headlight. I was really scared of getting pulled over so he took matters into his own hands and took care of it. It ended up that the body shop forgot to plug the light back in. I am very grateful that Robert was there since I know nothing about cars and that he was so helpful. This was a really good experience for me despite the shortcomings and he really did pay it forward.
