LFR-8012 is an organic zinc salt flame retardant containing phosphorus. It is a white powder with high temperature resistance and has non-migration. It melts during process, which improves melt blending with polymer and will not block spinneret. Because of this, it is especially suitable for halogen-free flame retardancy of PET fiber and PET thin film systems, and good compatibility with matrix resin. It can also be applied to injection moulding of PBT and PET. Providing excellent flame retardant efficiency can be reached with synergistic nitrogenous flame retardants.

LFR-8012 can be applied in polyester chips, filament, short fiber, thin film and permanent flame retardant polyester products. Polyesters with LFR-8012 have good performance in terms of color, spinnability, fiber strength and chromaticity. It is particularly suitable for spinning process through any spinning system. LFR-8012 has good thermal stability, with no irritant smell during spinning process. It can also improve antistatic property of polyester products. It is used in many application areas of conventional PET and PBT.
LFR-8012 has prominent flame retardant efficiency, especially to polyesters. It is widely used in injection molding and fibers. With dosage of LFR-8012 at 5~10%, the LOI above 30% can be achieved. For PBT, a dosage of 10-15% LFR-8012 together with 10-15% nitrogenous flame retardants such as MPP, MCA is usually sufficient to obtain UL94 V-0 (at 0.8 and 1.6mm thickness).
LFR-8012 melts at processing temperature above 200℃ and is miscible with the molten polyester.

LFR-8006 is one P&N synergistic flame retardant. It is a white powder with high temperature resistance and has non-migration. It is mainly applied to engineering plastics such as nylon 6 and PA66 (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced) series and TPE (TPEE, TPU and PEBA).

Do not make flame retardants be ‘exporting retardants’!!!
Recently, EU non-food rapid alert system sent out a warning alert to a kind of baby carrier made in China, because the fabric contained flame retardants ‘Phosphate ester (2 - ethyl chloride)’ and ‘Phosphate ester (2 - propyl chloride)’, which have potential carcinogenicity to children, and may cause acute poisoning. The products were forced to recall and withdrawn from the market.
Flame retardants are widely existed in the plastic products, electrical accessories, textiles, household items, and polyurethane foam toys. Flame retardants are mainly used to enhance products’ fireproof performance. But some kinds of flame retardants are harm to human’s body health and environmental protection. So limited use of poisonous and harmful flame retardants are more and more strict in Europe and America regions. At the meantime, trade barriers for environment protection are continuously upgrading, and disabled flame retardant list keeps increasing, which both force firms to use more eco-friendly and safety new materials. And product cost of certification testing will increase greatly, which is bound to bring certain impact to consumer products exporting enterprises in China.

LISIDE launches a new kind of eco-friendly flame retardant product, which mainly used for homopolymerized PP and copolymerized PP.
The flame retardant product is a new type of eco-friendly flame retardant specially designed for homopolymerized PP and copolymerized PP.
The product contains N, Br, P reactive ingredients and are effective at low dosage.
With the flame retardant, PP can be modified to meet halogen free (IEC 61249-2-21 standard). The product is widely used in extrusion and injection molding of PP.
UL94 V-2 (self-extinguishing without fire≤3s) can be met with low dosage.

Flame Retardant LFR3001
Chemical Composition:aqueous mixture based on phosphorus and nitrogen organic compounds
Appearance: clear or a little bit cloudy liquid

Typical application process
LFR3001 is added to the bath with water by stirring at room temperature. Curing temperature is between 60-180℃
The using amount of LFR3001 is depending on the fabric texture and absorbability, flammability requirement, other auxiliaries in the bath, etc.
Padding process
Cellulose 300-450g/L ( 10-14% dry add on fabric), pick up 70%100%
Wool thin 230-270g/L, thick 200-250g/L
8-12% dry on fabric
Auto decoration
Cellulose 200-300g/L
Synthetic preliminary tests are necessary
Dipping process (i.e. curtain)
300g/L-500g/L about60 70% liquid on fabric, avoid the lose of the working liquid.
Curing temperature: 100-130℃ (no more than 150℃)
LFR3001 might bring unexpected effect on the fabric ( i.e. color fastness, brightness, etc). Preliminary tests are necessary.

Good anti-corrosion ability
abilityMP35 has good binding property as a result of its special molecular structure in which ester bond is resistance to hydrolysis and combined chlorine
atom is very stable. So MP35 can be used to produce high quality paints with good water resistance, salt resistance and chemical resistance.
Good stability
No reactive double bond, MP35 resin’ molecular don’t easily oxidized and degraded. The molecular are also with excellent light stability and don’t easily
turn yellow or atomized . The existence of ether bond gives the molecular good internal plasticization. So the resins are flexible enough and do not
require additional plasticizer. They also will not gradually cracking that caused by migration of plasticizer.
Good adhesion
MP35 contains copolymer of vinyl chloride ether, which ensure the paints good adhesion on various materials. Even on the surface of aluminum or zinc,
the paints still have good adhesion.
Good solubility
MP35 is soluble in aromatic and halohydrocarbon, esters, ketones, glycol, ester acetates and some glycol ethers.
Fireproof ability
MP35 contain chlorine atom, which gives the resins fireproof ability. With addition of other flame resistant pigment, filler and fire retardant, they
can be used in fire retardant paint for construction and other fields.

The normal precautions relating to handing chemicals and local regulations on industrial hygiene must be observed. The place of work must be well ventilated,
skin care measures should be adopted, and safety goggles should be worn.

Package and storage:

1. Packed in the kraft bag with PE liner. 20kgs/bag.
2. Avoid being crushed while storing and transferring. Stored away from heat and moisture.
