Jonathan Bennett: Russ. My son got on multiple web pages a few weeks ago that he shouldn't have using the family iPad, through the Net Nanny application we installed. I found out JUST NOW that your service doesn't protect against "https" site searches on Mac devices. It should have been very obvious that such access was possible through a disclaimer from your company, or the install on such devices should not have been offered. The whole point of this software is that people need to be deliberately protected from our own tendencies, especially MALE CHILDREN. As you may know from experience, boys will find a way to access trouble. I don't know if I'm late on this issue, but I don't recall ANYTHING warning me of this scenario when I was instructed on how to install your "preventative" app back in the winter. What a failure on Net Nanny's part! I hope I'm out of line and it was made plain to me then. I don't believe that is the case when I open your web page.
