The Little Free Library at the Zoo has been vandelized. This was originally built by the Incourage teen program. Do you know who may feel responsible for it's upkeep? This is a fixer-upper that we could do, but expect there may already be a group that has a plan. Would you ask at Incourage, Kyle?

IMHO General clubs of doers usually have a common goal/project that all or most members work on together (synchronous model). People in maker groups tend to work on projects individually or in a small subset of the overall group (asynchronous model). Another way to look at the same point is the club of does shares specific projects or activities and maker group's share resources and high level passion/goals through affinity towards creative pursuits.
