Absolutely incredible cashew chicken (himaparn gai), and the tom kha gai soup was fantastic.
Response from the owner - 4 weeks ago
Excellent choice on the cashew chicken and tom kha gai soup, Chris! It's awesome to know that you enjoyed your orders, and I can't wait to have you back soon to try some more. -Jay Chotigrisana

Best taste thai restaurant in sf, but worst service ever too. Waitresses never smile, bad service, gossip costumers all the time, never ask for more water or anything else ok or not. Whatever, If u don't care about service, foods are very good, but how can i give 15% tip for service like this almost everyday. They always blame less tip's costumers, but they forgot to think about themselves...

I'm thrilled to hear that you've found ours to be the best Thai food you've had in the city, Visarnpong, but at the same time, it's very disappointing to learn about the customer service you've received. The quality of our food is our top priority, but the level of service we provide to our customers is equally important, so I apologize if we haven't lived up to that for you. I appreciate the feedback and will take this opportunity to remind the staff of the importance of every customer's experience within our doors. I hope that we'll have another chance to get it right for you on all accounts! -Jay Chotigrisana

Ordered at 9.04pm, arrived 11.40pm. Cold and food is terrible. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FROM HERE.

The entree I got from this place was pretty great. I ordered the kau pad gai tod for takeout which was fried chicken over fried rice with the special sauce (which by the way is just sweet and sour to my knowledge). The portions were satisfactory. It wasn't too small and it wasn't too overwhelming. The chicken wasn't too crispy like the traditional fried chicken that we know of in America. I would say that the order I got was tasty and would love to try other entrees from this place!

I had the fried rice with crispy chicken and for 2 bucks more the coconut soup, both very delicious and filling and a great price! Ended up paying $10 for a great meal and good amount. Waitstaff was very friendly and the food came out quick and hot. Would definitely recommend. I posted a picture to see the dishes.
Response from the owner - a year ago
Thanks so much for your recommendation, Carol! It's awesome to see that you enjoyed your meal with us, so thanks for sharing this as well. Come back anytime! -Jay Chotigrisana
