Please take the previous reviews seriously! Do not be fooled by the tour and the landscape. The apartment you will be living in looks nothing like the apartment you were shown. Your apartment will be filthy upon your movein with a stained carpet, broken blinds, and mold. Your roof will leak, your appliances will break, and you will wait months for the useless maintenance workers to grace you with their presence. The walls are paper thin, and the noise is endless. The shuttle to the UNM/CNM campus is the only redeeming quality about this place, and you are much better off living elsewhere. This is not the place you want to live if you want to study in a quiet space, and this is not the place you want to live if you want to be charged reasonably for the quality you receive. Please do not move in here. This is not a singular experience. The majority of the people who have lived here, regret it. Do not make the same mistake, because if you try to get out this miserable experience you will be charged through the nose. I hope this review can prevent others from having to suffer through this place for 12 months.

These apartments are so outdated. Every appliance must be at least 30 years old. They never replace anything. Maintanance is the worst. If you complain about something not working they ignore you and if you get frustrated with them they kick you out for not being in compliance with the contract. So please stay away from this place. Its not worth it. You cant get anything fixed or replaced in this place. And they terminate the contract if you stand up to them. Juat so they can double charge you the rent and kick you out. And dont even bother talking to the owner. The manager wont let you talk to them to complain. Oh and by the way if you move in here and want to cancel the contract you have to pay a total of three months rent plus a 30day notice to move out. Thats over 2000 for me. So were stuck here till the lease is over.

I wanted to move in because of the location and price. Although the leasing agents were nice I didn't like getting all these additional costs tacked on. I paid the additional costs anyways and now that I live here I regret it. Don't buy into all the "deals" they say that they are giving you.

HEED THESE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was a way to give this place no stars. I have lived here for a week because I chose to ignore the reviews. These people have already robbed me blind in the 10 days I have been a resident. The management is morally abhorrent. If you choose to ignore the majority of these reviews and live here, you will have them power play away whatever funds you have, with no way to take up residency elsewhere except a $1250 fine. If you choose NOT to heed these reviews and warnings, pay attention when you read their contracts and rental agreements. You will find they have NO obligations, incentives, or accountability to help or support any of their residents. The above sentence summarizes the contract, the management, and the attitude of the staff.

This place is pretty bad. I moved here because its close to campus and cheap but you really get what you payed for. I have put in at least 10 work orders for my leaking roof and 9 months later its still leaking. You definitely want to live here if you like filling buckets up with rainwater/ snow melt in your closet. The buildings and appliances are probably older than this state and the only thing these people spend money on is the landscaping.

I'll lived here two years and despite the gates in the front and the flowers. This complex is slowly but surely turning into a ghetto. I've had to call the police three times for everything from gunfire to a brawl in the parking lot. Oh I've also had to call Animal Humane for a dog that was abandoned in the apartment above mine. Their security is unresponsive as well as the management. I'm moving out at the end of my lease if not before.
