Sleek lodging with floor-to-ceiling windows, plus an atrium courtyard, a pool & a hip bistro/bar.- Google
"Beautiful hotel, excellent location for sightseeing and amazing staff."
"The grand club is nice but disappointingly does not have a view."

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! The hotel was surprisingly affordable considering it's centralized location to most of the tourist attractions in DC. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel seems to attract the pedantic, but that's not Hyatts fault. We also upgraded to the Grand Club, which had shockingly good food and coffee included in the fee. The gym facility was also the best I've ever been to on the road. Note there's metro access directly to the building.

Not the best Grand Hyatt. The rooms seem old compared to many other Grand's. I think they're due for a renovation sometime soon. Great hotel overall though.

Visited for 3 days (no overnight) for professional conference. Great place for a conference, with the meeting rooms making up the entirety of the bottom floors of the hotel. The provided buffets were excellent. Hotel atrium is very nice and it connects directly to the Metro via a hallway.

The location was central. The room was clean, comfortable, and trendy with a cool atrium view. I was frustrated with the TV service. Not sure if they had cable or satellite, but it was horrible. I had to watch Netflix on my tablet. I ordered the crab dip through room service. It was really good, but I've been sick from it for over 24 hours. Food poisoning? Otherwise, nice hotel.

The staff and service was amazing. No complaints about that, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. On to the bad parts. The room that we were in gave me the worst allergies in my life. I was sneezing, had a runny nose, etc and that was after I had taken 2 antihistamines. And it was the room, I was outside all day and I was fine, and I felt like I was dying as soon as I walked in the room. Not sure how they can solve that. The other thing was the shower had very low water pressure, and the faucet handle was loose so it would keep slipping to the hottest water, which isn't saying much cause the "hot" water was not very hot.
