Sleek lodging with floor-to-ceiling windows, plus an atrium courtyard, a pool & a hip bistro/bar.- Google
"Beautiful hotel, excellent location for sightseeing and amazing staff."
"The grand club is nice but disappointingly does not have a view."

If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! The hotel was surprisingly affordable considering it's centralized location to most of the tourist attractions in DC. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel seems to attract the pedantic, but that's not Hyatts fault. We also upgraded to the Grand Club, which had shockingly good food and coffee included in the fee. The gym facility was also the best I've ever been to on the road. Note there's metro access directly to the building.

The ambiance is no long present. The trees and water feature is no long here. Staff are great but Hyatt has very much sterilized the approachable and energetic nature since the mundane renovations. The in hotel Resturant serves nothing but overpriced snacks and while it looks inviting it's anything but.

Beautiful lobby, the staff was nice and accommodating even though we got in super late. Room was fine, what you'd expect. Great that there's an adjoining starbucks. Would stay again.

Decent hotel for Grand Hyatt brand, so so service. Stuffs were rather aloof. I arrived the hotel in a taxi, three bellmen stood by the door chatting, but no one offered help with my luggage. Guest service did their job, but don't expect the usually politeness and friendliness you get in other Hyatt branded hotels. I forgot my Mac computer charger in the hotel, so I called the hotel to see if they could hold it for me since I was going back the week after. After being transferred to a voice message several times and disconnected once, I spoke with a front desk person, only to be told the house keepers didn't turn the charge in. The charger evaporated in the guest room. Quite disappointing experience for a Grand Hyatt hotel.

The staff and service was amazing. No complaints about that, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. On to the bad parts. The room that we were in gave me the worst allergies in my life. I was sneezing, had a runny nose, etc and that was after I had taken 2 antihistamines. And it was the room, I was outside all day and I was fine, and I felt like I was dying as soon as I walked in the room. Not sure how they can solve that. The other thing was the shower had very low water pressure, and the faucet handle was loose so it would keep slipping to the hottest water, which isn't saying much cause the "hot" water was not very hot.

Kim is awesome to work and really on top of any issues we have (National Model Congress) the new renovations this year really opened up the main lobby and brighten up the visit. Ease of access to the metro is my number 1 favorite feature thank you all again from the Doug Ryan Consulting staff

We were able to get early check in no problem and had a great city view. Hotel has been renovated since previous stay and is very modern and beautiful. We dined at cure bar and restaurant and loved the food. Definitely worth the cost!
