We ordered take out for the first time from this establishment. $40 worth of "Dinner for two" included two and half smallish medallions of Veal Parmesan, a small loaf of what appeared to be a white bread baguette, and a large salad. The only good thing I can say about any of the food is that their salad dressing is divine. The salad itself was huge disappointment. How can you mess up a simple green salad? By chopping some of it too big and the rest so small you can't spear it with a fork. The end core of the Radicchio was left in this concoction. The Iceberg lettuce was mostly the white rib part of the leaf and the green portions were limp. The Veal was overcooked. Should never be served well done. The smaller of the "three" medallions was like shoe leather. The red sauce tasted as though someone opened a can of diced tomatoes and dumped it over the veal as an afterthought. In short Don't ever dine at this "Italian" restaurant! Overpriced, overcooked and just plain tasteless...

Food was very yummy and the serving size was more than enough for my husband and I. Salas dressing needed a bit more flavor, but everything else was very tasty. Service was decent, not super fast but not bad either. Pretty good place.

had placed an order over the phone the lady said it will be ready in 15 min... i walk to there and am told to wait in the bar because that is where the to go orders are paid for, went and waited, and waited, two others got there orders and left. here im still waiting, now i ordered a SMALL SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE AND A SMALL GARLIC BREAD. And had to wait at the bar for for longer. i asked for my money back and all of the sudden my food appeared, not hungry anymore because my 15 min dinner i had waited over 45 mins now. guess the reason im posting this is because i wanted their food now for years only heard great things so im really disappointed with my first time there being that horrible. thanks

Had takeout the other day from this place. Love the atmosphere it is truly a home style Italian restaurant. Hostess were great, bartender was great at helping me make my decision, and the food was really good as well.

My family and I chose this place because we were starving and it was across from our hotel. The service was good but we were dissapointed with the food. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce was surprisingly VERY bland. The bread we were served before our meal was cold to the touch and nothing special. We ate because we were hungry but definitely wouldn't return.

Cheese bread....dry, more cheese tweenagers making so much noise we can't even have a conversation, barking like dogs and crap like that is just ridiculous. Pasta dry despite the sauce....not sure how they accomplish that, been here 4 times, pasta always seems dry, as if the sauce just dries up before u can eat it....bottom of the dish is a puddle of liquid...but none of it stays on the noodles. Stood at front desk for 5 minutes.....nobody there, had to go to the kitchen to ask for help.....waaaaay over rated, price unfair.....I can get 10lbs of noodles anywhere, between the crappie sauce and skimpy meat and other ingredients. ...just a bunch of noodles with dry sauce and barking idiots.

Seated quickly, but waited about 10 mins with no service, so we left. It wasn't busy, so that's a little bewildering. It was our first time at this location, and it was crappier than I expected.

The Lynnwood Buca di Peppo is really a big disappointment. In general, the atmosphere could really be a hit. But the food and food quality is really hit and miss. The only thing that I can say was adequate was the wine. The Caesar Salad was very dry and lackluster. The garlic bread with mozzarella had ample garlic , but was very bitter as the garlic was not well roasted. I can't remember what the menu name was, but I had what was essentially a seafood linguine. The mussels were nominally OK, but the shrimp and calmari were dry and obviously not fresh, and likely frozen. The dish as a whole was dry and lacked much flavor. Hardly what you would want to serve in an established reputable restaurant. My wifes meal was much more favorable, and the marinara sauce was quite tasty. They tried to replace the poor attempt of seafood linquini with the same order as my wife, but it took an extraordinarily long time to come out, and it was obvious that the presentation was hastily thrown together. After tasting an unusual flavor in one of the spinach manicotti, I asked my wife to compare the flavor with hers, and she said it tasted very different. Well, obviously, that ended my attempt to enjoy a good meal. The evening of lackluster salad, bitter bread, one bottle of chianti, and only one decent entree, because I still wonder what was in the replacement dish; the cost of the meal with the normal 20% tip was over what I would normally pay at a much finer dining establishment, and all for what was really a very undesirable dining experience. A much better dining experience for the money can be had at Arnies or Anthony's, or on a more similar note, the Olive Garden. And so much quieter, too.
