By far one of the best bike stores I have ever been to. Best selections and they are very cheap too. Best of both worlds. If there is any problems with your bike, you can always bring it in and they'll help you fix your problem. Highly recommend getting your bikes from here if you do indeed have a choice.

This will be my bike store as long as I live in Sacramento. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and not trying to make a quick sale. Patrick was very kind taking the time to show me how to change the tubes on my bike tires. He was genuinely helpful and sincere. Thank you.

OVER PRICED ON REPAIRS. The best place that has great mechanics and fair prices is "PERFORMANCE BICYCLE" on howe avenue. Mikes Bike wanted to charge me $100 on a repair and Performance Bicycle told me $40....guess who gets my business. Mikes bikes mechanic must be getting commisions on sales and repairs. This usually adds up to poor customer service.

Another over priced bike boutique. Sure they have a few bikes that are reasonably priced but the rest are too high end for the average cyclist (in my opinion) and the accessories are just as bad and lacking selection for more reasonable choices. Stick to online or go to REI.

I am not impressed with their repair parts, selection of accessories or Sales Associates' customer service initiative. They have no product knowledge or experience. This was my second attempt to make a purchase in the store, again, a waste of my time. I will not return.

We stopped by the store this past weekend and purchased two bikes. We dealt with David, one of their sales reps. He was completely knowledgeable of their entire product line. He took us through the features and benefits of each one we tried. We went on a test ride from their store, which is a great area for test rides. Overall, our experience was terrific! I would highly recommend this store and their staff.
