The experience would have been great had I not been charged 7.90 for a bowl of "kraft mac and cheese" (it said this on the receipt) for my little boy. The waitress was very pleasant, but a cheeseburger, kraft mac and cheese, and a beer shouldn't be $25. To add to that, the mac and cheese wasn't even fresh. Simply placed what was made under a heat lamp.
You spend the same at Red Stripe, you will go home happy.
Met up with a friend here one night- it was nearby, and we needed a drink. I was pretty disappointed overall. I felt like I was in the TGI Fridays or Applebees of Irish Bars. It has little character, expensive drinks, and the worst pour of Guinness I've ever had.
I will, however, cut it some slack, as I've not tried their food- but if you're looking for drinks this is certainly not the place.
Some friends took me there recently and really enjoyed myself. The bartender was very nice and helpful with suggestions. I would defiantly go back.
