Went in and misunderstood what I ordered, walked back in and talked to an associate about turning my platter (what I had ordered) into the sandwich (what I wanted) and they were more than willing to accommodate. Good customer service, left a happy camper.

A complete delight! I came with my girlfriend for a High Tea for 2 and we not only found the service attentive (but not overbearing) but the food and tea were delicious! We ordered a pot of cranberry blood orange from their huge selection (seriously have never seen so much tea in one place before haha) and gorged on finger foods and scones. Not only that but we had a chance to talk to the proprietors about the pictures on their wall and found out that the tea room and the founders are heavily involved with a charity run out of the establishment called The Learning Tea. The stories we heard were amazing and we came back for their monthly fundraiser dinner A Taste of India and once again were amazed at the company, atmosphere and food. Not only did our bellies feel good but our hearts felt good as well, it's always awesome when you find a place that's dedicated to doing some good in the world. I would suggest Dr Bombay's and the monthly fundraiser dinner to just about anyone. I can't think of anybody who wouldn't find the quirky atmosphere and friendly staff a complete delight.
