We have lived at The Grand Reserve since 2011. It's in a perfect location for our family (close to school & activities) The pool in the summer is one of our favorite things. They recently remodeled the gym too and the updates are wonderful. The maintenance staff is very efficient and quick to respond to any issues we have. The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I would suggest the grand reserve to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to call home.

My apartment was gross with mold.Very dirty when we moved in. Had their cleaners come twice. Then had to clean the entire place before we could move in. Very poor quality cabinets.Put in a work order and haven't heard anything for over two weeks. We were also blamed for pre-existing damage. What they don't tell you is they keep most of your deposit for office fees. SO GLAD TO BE LEAVING. Thanks The Gross Reserve. Just my Opinion.

Dear Brian, Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I am truly sorry that we fell short of your expectations regarding your home. Our community is ranked one of the highest in resident satisfaction for multi-family assets in Minnesota and nationally, so I was both surprised and disheartened to hear that your time with us was less than desirable. I only wish that you had expressed your concerns to me during your tenancy so I could have addressed them immediately. Customer service is a top priority for us. If you would like, I would be happy to discuss our office/administration procedures and explain the charges on your move-out statement. I can be contacted at 651-436-1414. Warmest Regards, Robin, Property Manager

I just moved into The Grand Reserve a few months ago. So far everything has been great. I really hate moving but Kelsey, Jess & Krystal from the office were so friendly and helpful, they made the process very pleasant. I viewed a few places in Woodbury but found the grand reserve to be the best. My home is in a good location and I have my own private attached garage, which was one of my main requirements. I only signed an 8 month lease because I was planning on buying a home but I am highly considering staying longer since the service I have received has been top notch. The handymen have been great and very prompt....I appreciate that. Overall, great place. I highly recommend.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. thank god i only have a short lease and leave this place. Front desk people are so fake. Smile to your face and then when you have a problem after you sign your lease very rude. They got you, your money and your life in there hands if you move here, have fun dealing with the rudeness. Sure Maintenance may be great and fast to fix something but i would rather rent from someone that is slow and more respectful. IF YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL READ: sure they have a dog park, and you can have you dog live with you. Although it is a dog community it is not dog safe, In the winter they use regualar salt not dog safe ( made my dog sick ) same goes for my son. After this problem was brought up it became quickly-- this is not our problem you can fix this on your own if you dont like it<---- This is what i got from the manager of all people. Highly suggest you spend your money elsewhere for how you get treated and how expensive and not worth your money to live here.
