Holly Carter brings a wealth of experience as owner of Carter and Co. Communications. Her career success has hinged on a unique ability to develop solid relationships with business leaders and elected officials from the federal, state and local level along with a unique and creative solving approach to meeting her client’s communications objectives.
Carter and Co. Communications’ effectiveness is based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, a creative and cost effective plan with measurable goals and the use of key strategic partnerships.
Holly began her career in the 1990s where she managed a successful real estate firm known for creative approaches and strategic partnerships with homebuilders. She also operated a marketing firm, which specialized in fundraising for nonprofit organizations and causes.
Recruited by MCI Commercial Division, Holly developed a strategic sales strategy that resulted in a significant corporate client base for large bandwidth Internet applications. She was instrumental in forging a partnership with educational leaders in the Central San Joaquin Valley to create virtual classrooms. This resulted in the provision of internet connectivity to classrooms in every school district throughout Kern, Kings and Fresno County. Holly’s problem-solving ability recognized; she was recruited for an internship with CA Congressman George Radanovich and specialized in resolving constituent challenges and responding to numerous requests.
Holly also served as the Executive Director of the Fresno County Republican Party where she initiated successful leadership development, intern and marketing programs, gaining national recognition. Holly also received accolades for record fundraising efforts and leadership acumen.
Before founding Carter and Co. Communications she was Central Valley Director for Passantino Andersen Strategic Communications.
In addition to her professional efforts, Holly has donated her skills in fundraising, event planning and promotion for several cancer support organizations raising thousands of dollars for these organizations.
