Disappointing. Terrible service & worse food. The shrimp taco was the best thing we ordered. The crab patty sandwich was all breading & bun, very little crab & a sau e that tastes like it had gone bad. The nachos were burnt, they used white beans & it feels like they added them to the menu because they felt like a happy hour should have nachos, not because they do them well, although the guacamole was good. The person who brought our food was cool, but the server was actually complaining to us that he had too many tables. We won't be going back.

Not having had very good experiences years ago, I gave up on this place. Around ten years later, I hought I'd check it out again just to see if things have improved. They have some, but still could do more. Food is OK which currently making it overpriced; could be tastier if they pay attention to detail. Overall, the whole place could use some updates especially the carpet and restrooms. Service is very attentive; ask for Helen!

DON'T DO IT! Food was horrible- sent back three meals and still couldn't get it right. Took us 1 1/2 hours to get lunch. Sat outside, but when we went in to use the restrooms the smell was horrific. Guy at the piano bar was obnoxiously loud and couldn't carry a tune if his life depended on it, and loudspeakers out the door forced us to ensure him. Overall one of the worst dining experiences of a life time.

We were walking by and looked at the menu. The man who greeted us was very pleasant and accommodating. I wanted a crab sandwich, which was no longer being served as it is a lunch item and it was dinnertime. The man inquired with the kitchen and they gave the okay on the crab sandwich. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Our server, Brittany, was amazing! So sweet, engaging and just very good at her job. We got the crab sandwich and clam chowder bowl. Both were delicious. What really stood out was the incredible customer service we received. It was solid from the beginning to the end. If we lived locally, we would eat here regularly.

Definitely sub-par. Poor portion size. Steak over-cooked. Waiter didn't understand the need for gluten-free food. Put bread on my plate despite being told I was celiac! $9 for a very small glass of wine. Won't be back.

*Happy Hour Review Only* Castagnola is like one of those guys you go out with just for the free meals, but after a few dates, realize that he's got some potential. Not a destination stop, but not a bad way to pass time. Stop by the bar for happy hour on a weekend and be entertained by Paul, the combination Pianist/Vocalist/Comedian. He made sure everyone in the bar area was involved, buzzed and laughing, the formula for a great happy hour. You can think you are only staying for one drink, then before you know it, a couple hours have passed. $4 pints might not be the best deal, but considering you're getting a side of free entertainment, it's a steal!

View was nice and service was good. However, food was TERRIBLE and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Main issue was the prices because the food is definitely not worth it!
