Few of us succeed on our first try, so don't be afraid of the word "try."  In rugby a "try" is about adding points.  Know that whatever your intent is, you are going to keep "trying"--you are going to stay on the field and keep kicking that metaphoric ball until it sails right through those blessed uprights!
